Had taken my 82 years old father for treatment of tooth pain. Clinic is well maintained and all staff are very supportive. Doctor explained the condition and line of treatment very clearly before the dental procedure. Had a good experience.
I had the salivary gland swelling problem (August 2018 at Basaveshwarnagar Clinic) after RCT and it was recurring frequently. Swelling was something like infection filled with puss and after a few days will vanish with painkillers or antibiotics. Finally, Dr. Adarsh asked me to consult a surgeon and fixed the appointment with Dr. Srikanth Verma and after checking he suggested me to go for a minor surgery as the glands were damaged during recent RCT and that was the only option. I accepted, and they did the surgery within a week and everything went as per the plans of Dr. Srikanth and I was happy to Doctor. Finally, my problem got solved and never again faced such a problem. Earlier Review: Very friendly Doctors and the clinic is maintained very hygienically. Always appointments met at the correct time without any delay/changes. They will update about the appointments well before in advance. Doctors call us to enquire, after any procedures done to know how we are doing. Even the helpers are very friendly to us. My sincere regards for Dr Jyothi, Dr Srikanth, Dr Adarsh and Dr Rachana Srivatsav. Today visited for tooth fracture. Dr. Adarsh said no need of RCT, just filling is enough and done in 10 minutes.
