I recently visited Clove Dental for a tooth extraction and cleaning. The doctor was very professional and explained the procedure clearly, which made me feel comfortable. The extraction was quick and almost painless by Dr Malvika and the cleaning was done thoroughly by Dr Riddhi. The clinic was clean and the staff was polite and supportive. We had an appointment for all our family members, my dad had to get his tooth cap fixed, my mum had to undergo laser treatment, me nd my sister had to get a general clean up. Initially we were hesitant to visit the clinic due to the pandemic but as things and situations were normalising we finally thought of getting our treatment done still with the same fear of how the safety measures were being followed by the management of the clinic. Upon visiting the clinic a week ago we realised that the measures were taken with utmost care and importance! Immediately after you enter the clinic u will be given a safety kit (head cap, mask,gloves and shoe cover) which has to be worn(even if it is just "consultation") and patient's pulse and temperature will be checked which shows the standards of hygiene being followed.And at the time of exiting the patient him/herself has to dispose the safety kit in appropriate bins. There is a time gap of minimum 30 min between any two consecutive appointments so as to ensure that there is no crowding. The room where the treatment is done is also sanitized after every patient's visit. And the treatment was perfectly done for all my family members.
