Mr. Amarinder Singh

Chief Executive Officer

  • A seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over twenty-five years of experience across entrepreneurial ventures and large global corporations, Mr. Amarinder Singh brings a rare blend of strategic vision, operational depth, and ethical leadership to Indian healthcare. Before founding Global Dental and Clove Dental, Mr. Singh led a supply chain software company based in San Francisco, California. Earlier, he served as Senior Vice President at SAP, where he had global responsibility for SAP’s Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Product Lifecycle product portfolio collectively generating over US $1 billion in revenue.
  • He has also held senior management positions at Procter & Gamble, Warner-Lambert (Pfizer), and worked as a consultant with Bain & Company in Toronto, Canada. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Singh has incubated and managed several companies in the healthcare and education sectors, and along with his co-directors, has raised over US $280 million in venture funding from leading private equity firms worldwide.
  • An affable leader with a deep commitment to excellence and ethical conduct, Mr. Singh serves as the founding CEO of Clove Dental. He holds an MBA (Honors) from Harvard Business School, a Master’s degree in System Design Engineering (Gold Medalist) from the University of Waterloo, Canada, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. A family-oriented individual, he is married and the proud father of two adult daughters.

  • Lt Gen (Dr) Vimal Arora (Retd) is one of India’s most distinguished dental leaders, with an illustrious career
    spanning over five decades. As the Director General of the Armed Forces Dental Services, he headed the dental
    branches of the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force, leading a cadre of over 700 dental surgeons nationwide. Widely
    regarded as the most decorated dental professional in India, he has been honoured with the Presidential Medals 4
    times: Param Vishisht Seva Medal, Ati Vishisht Seva Medal, and Vishisht Seva Medal twice for his exceptional
    services.
  • After an exemplary 38-year tenure in the Armed Forces, he joined Clove Dental as the Chief Clinical Officer,
    where he now leads one of Asia’s largest dental chains. Under his stewardship, Clove has reached a milestone of
    reaching out to 1,00,000+ patients every month, where specialised treatments across all specialities are being
    performed. Clove Dental stands tall with 650+ clinics in 26+ cities across the country, and treatment is
    delivered by 1500+ dentists. Clove has achieved nationwide recognition for excellence, technology innovation,
    safety standards, and clinical governance. He also oversees the clinical and strategic growth of Clove’s group
    companies.

    • Spearheaded the introduction of SOPs & guidelines for clinical practices to create uniformity across the
      country and a system of accreditation for ensuring the best talent for super speciality work. In
      addition AI-assisted radiograph analysis, advanced digital diagnostics, and standardised clinical
      protocols have changed the way dentistry is practised across the chain.

    • Founder Member of the Indian Dental Association (Defence branch), and International Congress on Oral Cancer and the World Assembly on Tobacco Counters Health (WATCH).
    • Served as Regional Representative (West Asia) for the Military Dentists Forum under Federation Dentairre Internationale.
    • Wrote multiple books & journals with over 50+ scientific publications in various journals and periodicals.

  • A leading dental surgeon with a flourishing practice in Texas, Dr. Arora brings decades of experience in advanced dental care to her role on the board of Clove Dental. Prior to establishing her own practice, Dr. Arora was the head of operations for Monarch Dental, a leading American dental network.
  • Dr. Arora is knowledgeable on advanced dental technologies and best practices, and is passionate about bringing high quality, affordable dental care to India. Dr. Arora graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas with a doctorate in dental surgery.

Prior to founding Global Dental and Clove Dental in India, Mr. Singh ran a supply chain software company based in San Francisco, California. He was also a Senior Vice President at SAP with global responsibility for SAP’s Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Product Lifecycle products collectively generating over $1BN in revenue. He has also worked in senior management roles at Procter & Gamble,Warner Lambert (Pfizer) and as a consultant with Bain & Co in Toronto Canada.
  • As an entrepreneur, Mr. Singh has incubated and managed a number of companies in the healthcare and education sectors. He has with his co-directors led the raising of over US$ 80 million in venture funding from leading private equity firms across the world. An affable person with a passion for excellence and a commitment to ethical conduct, Mr. Singh leads the Clove Dental team as its founding CEO.
  • Mr. Singh holds an MBA (honors) from Harvard Business School, a master’s degree in System Design Engineering (Gold Medalist) from University of Waterloo, Canada, and a formal degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Gaurav Sharma

  • With over nineteen years of experience in entrepreneurship, private equity, M&A, corporate finance, and investment banking, Gaurav Sharma has worked both in the US and India. He has been serving as a Principal at Investcorp since 2015.
  • Gaurav began his career as the Founder and CEO of Trinayana Auto (1994-99), a manufacturer of auto components and a vendor for major automobile OEMs in India.
  • Gaurav is an alumnus of the Wharton School and holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

  • Bosun holds the position of Managing Director and Head of Private Investments at Tybourne Strategic Opportunities Fund, a Hong Kong-based growth equity firm with multi-billion dollar assets under management.
  • His extensive experience includes growth equity (private) investments in various sectors including Global TMT, Consumer, Fintech, and Healthcare, as well as long-short equity (public) investments in Global Healthcare/Biotech. Additionally, Bosun has acted as an angel investor and advisor to private companies on a global scale.

Mr. Shah Ahmud Khalil Peerbocus

  • KHALIL PEERBOCUS a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK is part of SANNE (now called Apex) Mauritius for almost 16 years and has been exposed to the main areas of the industry including legal, tax, compliance, administration and corporate secretarial fields.
  • He sits on the Board of a number of global business companies, including companies holding financial services licence.

  • SANGEETA BISSESSUR is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK and has been a part of SANNE (now called Apex) for over 20 years.
  • With her profound knowledge of the financial sector and extensive practical experience in operating regulatory and compliance aspects of global business entities, she brings valuable expertise to the organization. She currently serves on the board of several global companies.

Devesh Heeraman

  • Devesh has over 12 years’ experience in the Financial Services sector and has graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Management with Law and he also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Mauritius.
  • He has developed an in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector coupled with practical know-how on the operational, regulatory and compliance aspects for global business companies.
  • He sits on the Board of a number of financial and non-financial services entities (including investment holding companies, investment managers and closed-end funds).
