I visited Clove Dental Clinic and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the clinic is very clean, well-maintained, and creates a comfortable environment. The staff was polite at the reception, and the dentist explained the treatment process in clear detail, which gave me confidence. The equipment looked modern, and I appreciated the efforts made toward hygiene and safety. I had a mixed experience at Clove Dental Clinic. While I do appreciate the efforts of the doctors, there were certain aspects of my treatment that were quite disappointing. My orthodontist initially did not provide me with a proper set of aligners where l had to undergo a lot of pain, which resulted in another dentist taking over my case and having to order a completely new set of aligners. Because of this, a treatment plan that was supposed to be completed within 10 months ended up stretching to 1 year and 10 months. Another major concern is the policy of directing patients to different clinics for scans. I strongly feel this system needs to be reconsidered, as it causes unnecessary inconvenience. It would be much more effective if the scanning facilities were available in the same clinic where the treatment begins. Although I stay close to other centers, it is not always feasible to travel back and forth during ongoing treatment. I sincerely request the management to look into these issues, as addressing them would significantly improve patients’ overall experience. I am grateful to Dr. Rajivi as she was too polite and she handled my case perfectly.
