I had a very good experience with Dr. Pragati and Ms. Nikhat (dental assistant). I initially started my root canal treatment at the Dental Clove NIBM branch, but unfortunately, it was not handled properly. The doctor at the NIBM branch did not follow the correct procedure, and I experienced a lot of pain. I contacted the Dental Clove head office and requested that my treatment be moved to another branch. They promptly transferred it to the Wanowrie branch. At the Wanowrie branch, Dr. Pragati treated me. She is a highly skilled and experienced dentist. She explained everything clearly and politely, and answered all my questions with great patience. She was kind, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. I am extremely happy with the care I received and truly thankful to both Dr. Pragati and Ms. Nikhat.
