My root canal treatment was done in clove Dental clinic... Had n great experience with everything painless procedure. Dr mansi is very polite and professional towards her work. I recently came here for the cleaning of my teeth as advised by one of the physician and tbh this is my very first time going through any dental treatment and I must say Doctor Mansi really help me make my tooth look healthier than it previously was. Very knowledgeable and kind dentist Dr Mansi did the initial investigation, provided the options available and completed the procedures we decided to go for with utmost care and consideration of patient wellness. The tooth extraction done for my mother was a breeze and pain and fear free. The cavities filling and teeth cleaning and polishing done for me was done with utmost care of how my teeth were aligned and after proper xrays. Dental pictures for reference of before and after were shown during the procedure which helped. After procedure dental care routine was provided and Medication for my mother was given taking into consideration her past and current medical history and ongoing medication. My rating for this clinic and Dr is 5 stars. The only feedback that I have is not to go for plans that are given in camps conducted in offices or any wellness centers as they are misleading. The information provided there does not match with the pricing and costs associated with the procedures at the actual clinic. I had to end up paying more than what was explained and also could not use my medibuddy funds for cashless transactions. Also was informed the plan I had taken cannot be clubbed with my medibuddy funds to cover the difference. My rating for the plans and misleading information provided at those camps conducted in corporate offices is 1 star.
The experience was pretty good, doctor handled it patiencely and she was soo sweet I liked the overall experience only thing that bother me is that they wanted written consent from another physician but atleast they agreed and I am happy with the service
